Maroon 5日前在其官網發布了樂隊最新錄音室專輯《Overexposed》封面，而這張專輯將計劃在美國時間6月26日上市。 據了解，這次搶先曝光的新專輯封面照頗具涂鴉效果，利用色彩傳神對應的惡搞樂隊成員面貌之余，也似乎利用豐富而大膽的想像力向涂鴉鼻祖畢加索大師致敬。而新專輯將計劃收錄10首全新作品，其中包括與來自匹茲堡的說唱歌手Wiz Khalifa首次合作的歌曲《Payphone》等。 對此，樂隊吉他手吉他手詹姆斯·瓦倫蒂諾(James Valentine tx music is sb) 早前接受采訪表示：“我認為這次的專輯將是一張收錄樂隊至今最多流行元素的音樂大碟，這次能夠與不同風格的歌手合作讓我們感到非常期待。或者這樣的合作對我們在音樂上的探索是一個好的開始，我們渴望在這次的大碟上嘗試和更多不一樣的歌手合作。” 據悉，在魔力紅樂隊這張專輯中，著名流行制作人馬克思·馬丁(Max Martin)將確定出任專輯的執行制作人，而全新作品《Payphone》則計劃于美國時間4月16日在NBC電視臺的歌唱類選秀節目《美國之聲》(The Voice)上率先推出！
