著名鄉村搖滾巨匠Willie Nelson將于5月15日發表新專輯《Heroes》。  令人期待的是，除了全新曲目外，Nelson還將翻唱Tom Waits的《Come On Up To The House》、Pearl Jam的《Just Breathe》以及Coldplay的《The Scientist》。另外，《Heroes》基本上可以看作一張合唱專輯，因為它的嘉賓陣容十分強大和多元，像老一輩有Merle Haggard和Kris Kristofferson，中生代有Sheryl Crow 和Jamey Johnson，而一曲《Roll Me Up And Smoke Me When I Die》中甚至請來了Snoop Dogg！當然，Nelson的兒子Lukas和Micah的出現也是挺溫馨的。   鄉村搖滾運動的領頭人威利·納爾遜（Millie Nelson）演唱生涯長達40年。他至今仍是鄉村音樂中一位不可或缺的人物。70年代中期，納爾遜成為以得克薩斯、奧斯丁為中心發展起來的“鄉村-搖滾運動”帶頭人。他代表了鄉村音樂的主流；他寫的許多鄉村歌曲成為經典之作，他錄制的很多專輯，都進入了鄉村音樂榜……所有這一切，使他成為美國的音樂偶像和鄉村音樂傳奇人物。
