★賽德克‧巴萊 挑戰影史新格局  ★真正的人，可以輸掉身體，但一定要贏得靈魂  創下中國臺灣票房驚人新紀錄的《海角七號》導演魏德圣，再次挑戰《賽德克‧巴萊》，耗資7億臺幣，跨國團隊攜手挑戰中國臺灣史詩英雄鉅片，歷時10個月，拍攝72 萬尺底片，由西好萊塢國際影展最佳原著音樂獎得主：新加坡配樂大師－Ricky Ho打造年度經典鉅作，特別邀請曾錄制紅磨坊Moulin Rouge電影原聲帶的The Studio Orchestra Of Sydney交響樂團(由著名小提琴家Phillip Hartl帶領)，并禮聘紅磨坊Moulin Rouge電影原聲帶的Mastering Engineer－Don Bartley擔任母帶后期處理。   雙CD原音重現27首電影曲目：  3首賽德克語代表歌曲+24首經典電影配樂，延續電影磅礡聽覺的震撼與感動。   【關于原聲帶】  ★音樂‧音效‧畫面　結合為…　三次方的力量  魏德圣導演在進行電影配樂時，希望呈現出來的是腳踩土地的音樂感。  導演認為所謂的文明，代表的是跳越高、離地越遠，如同現代芭蕾，但導演希望能在電影中呈現出與文明相反的原始感，那種腳踩土地的真實感，而跳得越高是為了越用力的踩在土地上的感覺。透過最真實的感受，讓音符表現出與電影相符的「美」、「悲」、「壯」之情緒。   因此，特別請來西好萊塢國際影展最佳原著音樂獎得主、多次入圍金馬獎最佳配樂的知名新加坡配樂大師－Ricky HO操刀電影配樂。并遠赴澳洲進行電影配樂，邀請享譽國際的The Studio Orchestra Of Sydney交響樂團擔綱配樂演奏 ，透過60人編制的交響樂團，展現電影氣勢磅礡的厚度，及豪邁悲壯的氣度。樂團首席小提琴家Phillip Hartl曾獲得葛萊美獎最佳跨界古典錄音獎項，且擔任過「紅磨坊Moulin Rouge」、「白鯨記Moby Dick」、「舞國英雄Strictly Ballroom」…等知名電影配樂，并禮聘紅磨坊Moulin Rouge電影原聲帶的Mastering Engineer－Don Bartley擔任母帶后期處理，打造中國臺灣電影史上國際級配樂制作。   專輯特別收錄三首賽德克語歌曲，透過劇中原住民演員最直接且渾然天成的歌聲，表現出聲音最直接的震撼，及和土地最接近的真實感。
