游戲簡介：

游戲中玩家扮演新聞記者Frank，在一個到處都是喪尸的城市中用生命為賭注換取新聞線索。本作最大的特色就是同屏會出現上千個喪尸，并且絕對不會有任何畫面拖慢，這些喪尸的細節刻畫也是非常逼真。為了增強真實感，游戲中有一些時候會采用Frank手中持有的照相機的鏡頭呈現，畫面采用昏黃的舊照片的感覺，更加深了血腥恐怖的感覺。由于喪尸數量極其龐大，玩家一定要善于利用環境，環境中的所有物體幾乎都可以用來當作武器。

《僵尸圍城》(Dead Rising)講述了發生在Willamette小鎮的僵尸事件，不幸的是病毒并沒有被清除，反而迅速蔓延遍布了整個美國，于是就有了續集《僵尸圍城 2》。《僵尸圍城2》的背景設定在原作數年之后，不過事件發生地轉移到了賭城“Fortune City”(拉斯維加斯的翻版)，那里蜂擁著成千上萬的僵尸，能給玩家帶來足夠恐怖的刺激和殺戮的樂趣。

據悉，本作場景將比前作要擴大許多，場景將變得唯美化，地點估計在拉斯維加斯，游戲內容大致是主角被困在4-5個賭場 飯店 大量商店的區域，本作將支持多人游戲，至少4人連線。
