Alexia(艾莉西亞)生于意大利的斯派茲亞，4歲時她就在家鄉的俱樂部開始了演唱生涯。7歲時，她開始學習有關的音樂課程，比如鋼琴。12歲時，阿麗希亞開始學習舞蹈，同時也在俱樂部中演出，從而為大眾所熟悉。學校畢業之后，阿麗希亞在一些專業團體中演唱并在歐洲各迪廳演出。阿麗希亞喜歡各種類型的音樂。

她最欣賞的歌手是彼得·格博瑞爾和安妮·萊諾絲。1990年，Alexia(艾莉西亞)加入DWA工作室，成為其旗下藝人。
