結婚三年的妻子還是習慣懷疑丈夫，家庭主婦的妻子每天在家里看肥皂劇，看到什么出軌情節都會聯想到自己的丈夫，而丈夫卻經常因為種種情況晚回家，造成一系列的誤會。一天晚上，丈夫在回家的路上救了一個女人，但是車卻被砸壞而無法回家，只好和這個女人在附近旅館過夜，第二天回到家，因為害怕妻子的誤會而編造了一些理由，沒想到妻子竟然較真的去查此事，從而鬧出了一系列的笑話。
