去年憑首張大碟《Apollo 18》而勇奪叱咤樂壇生力軍組合金獎的 RubberBand， 2009年推出第二張專輯《Beaming》，其中六首是新歌，另追加《Apollo 18》11首好歌，新專輯新舊合一，歌迷們可重溫懷舊的歌曲和聆聽動聽的新歌。唱片采用了雙封面的設計。

以星空與歡樂為題， RubberBand 的新歌“天臺飛人”和“阿波羅”充滿了希望與微笑的訊息。另一曲“夾硬泥”則由主音6號、鼓手泥鯭和林海峰合唱，林海峰在新歌中填詞，這首歌曲描述RubberBand樂隊無拘無束生活的快樂。此外， RubberBand 五子首次與吳雨霏合唱一曲“Try…”。
