《雪之女王》由曾參與《冬季戀歌》等電視劇的劇作家金恩姬和尹恩京創作該劇劇本，《對不起，我愛你》的制片人李亨民擔任導演。描述曾是位天才拳擊運動員的泰雄（玄彬）與患上不治之癥而內心封閉孤獨的企業家女兒金寶拉（成宥利）之間的童話般美好但又悲傷的愛情故事。劇中，玄斌將飾演泰雄。 泰雄從小就是個公認的天才，但他在念高中時，中途退了學，在拳擊館充當了練習手。他的生活沒有夢想和希望。忽然有一天，他遇見一個女孩，感到命中注定的愛情來臨。
